Why does dispatch take 2-3 working days?
Everything listed on this site is in stock in Farnham. We pick, check and pack orders here and post them within 2-3 working days, Monday to Friday. Delivery is £3.95 and free on orders over £60.00. You will get a confirmation email when your parcel leaves us, and you have 14 days from delivery to return anything unworn with its tags attached.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
Email support@fitslike.shop as soon as possible. If the run has not started we can amend or cancel. Once it has, you can still return the item under our returns policy.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Sometimes. Because runs are small, a colour may not return in the same shade. Email us about a specific style and we will tell you whether it is scheduled again.
Sizing and materials
How do I choose a size?
See the size guide. Tanks, base layers, bodysuits and seamless pieces run XS to XL; cycle shorts and leggings run UK 6 to 18. In recovery double-knit take the larger size if you are between two, in 2×2 rib take the smaller, and in seamless knit choose on your hip measurement. Flat measurements are listed on every product page.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the photo?
Batches are dyed separately and screens vary. Small differences in tone are normal for knitting and dyeing elastic fabric in small lots and are not a fault. If a piece is clearly not as described, our returns policy covers it.
What fibres do you use?
See our materials. Each product page also lists the fibre for that style.

Will I pay customs charges?
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or tax set by the destination country. Those are the recipient’s responsibility — we cannot calculate or refund them.

How long do I have?
14 days from delivery to change your mind, 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Full detail in the returns policy.
Care
How should I wash my FITS LIKE layers?
See the care guide. Cool and gentle. Wash at 30C on a delicates cycle with a low spin, inside out, in a mesh bag, using a liquid non-bio detergent. No fabric conditioner, no bleach, no tumble drying. Dry flat away from radiators and direct sun, straightening the waistband while damp. Rotating between two or three pieces and giving each 24 hours flat between wears is the single best thing you can do for the elastane.
