These terms govern your use of fitslike.shop and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
fitslike.shop is operated by FITS LIKE LIMITED, company number 17266485, registered in England and Wales, registered office 14 Greenhill Road, Farnham, GU9 8JP, England.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). FITS LIKE LIMITED is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on these prices. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy.
3. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract exists between us. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Batch and colour variation
Our fabrics are knitted and dyed in small lots, so deep navy and claret can vary by a shade between batches, and a rib will usually take colour slightly deeper than a smooth double-knit beside it. Cotton-rich pieces can relax by up to half a centimetre through the body after the first wash, seamless knit settles over the first few wears, and every elastic knit softens slightly with use. Photography is shot in natural morning light and screens differ, so a colour may read warmer or cooler on your device than it does in the room. These variations are inherent to knitting and dyeing elastic fabric in small lots and are not treated as faults. If a piece is genuinely wrong, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Dispatch takes 2-3 working days.
5. Availability and pricing errors
Product availability and pricing may change. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy and are not limited by these terms.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Your personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
